About The Position

Infinite Electronics is seeking a Social Media Manager to build and lead our social presence from the ground up across multiple B2B technology brands, including L-com, Pasternack, Fairview Microwave, NavePoint, Show Me Cables, Milestek, PolyPhaser, and Transtector. This is a unique opportunity for a creative, data-driven storyteller to own the entire social media ecosystem from strategy and content ideation to execution and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate with product marketing, brand strategy, content marketing and demand generation teams to create content that engages engineers, procurement professionals, and technical buyers while strengthening brand awareness and thought leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field required.
  • 7–10 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multi-brand or multi-segment social ecosystems, ideally within a B2B, technology, or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated success developing content that drives measurable growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building a social media function from the ground up including processes, playbooks, and tools.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting, including UTM tracking, engagement metrics, lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to create your own multimedia content or partner with internal departments.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, content amplification, and paid social targeting best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously with a keen sense of storytelling and brand differentiation.
  • Passion for innovation, experimentation, and testing new ideas across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-brand social media strategies aligned to growth, engagement, and brand goals.
  • Lead content creation from concept through publishing, including copywriting, visuals, and video storytelling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teams to amplify campaigns and new product launches.
  • Own paid and organic social campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Establish and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting cadence and brand tone.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, reporting on insights and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement social governance across brands, setting standards for tone, community engagement, and approval processes.
  • Stay current on platform trends and algorithms to keep our strategy fresh and competitive.
