The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's social media strategy to increase community awareness, strengthen engagement, support recruitment efforts, promote behavioral health education, and advance the mission of the organization. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), the organization serves diverse populations across Oklahoma with behavioral health, crisis, substance use, and integrated care services. This position combines creativity, storytelling, digital marketing, and analytics to build meaningful connections with clients, employees, community partners, referral sources, and the public. The Social Media Manager will create engaging content, manage social media platforms, monitor performance metrics, support recruitment campaigns, ensure all communications reflect the organization's values, trauma-informed approach, and commitment to health equity.
