About The Position

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to own and grow our project's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter). You will be responsible for building engaged communities, driving organic reach, and supporting paid acquisition efforts through compelling content and platform-native strategies. This is a hands-on role requiring both creative vision and analytical rigor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, ideally in gaming, entertainment, or sweepstakes.
  • Proven track record of growing engaged audiences organically across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and/or X.
  • Strong content creation skills — comfortable writing copy, directing short-form video, and working with design assets.
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Later, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and best practices for each major channel.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience collaborating with paid media or UA teams is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X. Tailor content and tone to each platform's audience and algorithm.
  • Plan, produce, and publish engaging content including graphics, short-form video, copy, and interactive posts. Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with campaign calendars.
  • Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions across all platforms. Foster an active, loyal community around the Vegas Bonanza brand.
  • Track and report on key metrics including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion contribution. Deliver weekly performance summaries with actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, viral trends, and competitor activity. Rapidly adapt content strategy to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Work closely with the UA team to align organic content with paid campaigns, ensuring creative consistency and funnel coherence.
  • Identify and coordinate with relevant creators, affiliates, and partners to amplify brand reach.
  • Ensure all content adheres to platform policies and sweepstakes advertising guidelines.
