Noom's Marketing team is responsible for bringing our mission to life—reaching people where they are and inspiring them to take the first step toward better health. From brand storytelling to growth campaigns, we build the awareness, trust, and connection that turns curious individuals into lifelong Noom members. Our Brand & Creative team sits at the heart of how Noom shows up in the world, and social media is one of our most powerful channels to do exactly that. About the Role We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own Noom's organic social strategy and lead the day-to-day execution across our platforms. You'll define where we play, how we show up on each channel, and what winning looks like—translating brand and growth objectives into a clear channel strategy, building the content calendar, and briefing the content team on what to make and why. You'll be Noom's in-house authority on platform algorithms, audience behavior, and organic social performance. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, partnering closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Content, PR, and Paid Media to ensure Noom shows up with intention across every channel. You'll also manage a direct report focused on community management and engagement. We're looking for someone excited about building a strategy from the ground up—not maintaining someone else's playbook.
