About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Head of Social Media to build and execute Aracor’s social presence from the ground up. This role would be part operator, part creator, and part on-camera personality. This is a 0→1 role focused on developing a strong voice in the dealmaking, legal, and investment communities—driving awareness, credibility, and engagement with high-value audiences. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and founders to translate product insights, deal expertise, and market perspective into compelling social content. You will also partner with our content and marketing team to ensure consistency across channels.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in social media, content, or digital publishing roles
  • Proven experience creating content yourself (not just managing accounts)
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand publicly
  • Strong instincts for what works in short-form video content
  • Ability to simplify complex topics while maintaining credibility
  • Experience working with executives or founders on content
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create and appear in short-form video (LinkedIn, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Capture content at events, meetings, and live moments
  • Turn ideas into video quickly without overproduction
  • Manage and grow executive social presence, especially on LinkedIn
  • Translate internal insights, essays, and product thinking into compelling social content
  • Coach executives and internal stakeholders on social presence and content
  • Build and operate a repeatable content engine across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram/Threads
  • Repurpose long-form content into posts, clips, and threads
  • Engage directly with lawyers, dealmakers, journalists, and operators
  • Participate in conversations and build relationships within LegalTech and M&A communities
  • Own social performance tracking (traffic, engagement, conversions) using HubSpot and other tools
  • Continuously test and optimize content based on performance
