About The Position

1Kosmos is a leader in unifying identity proofing and passwordless authentication for enterprises, providing a trust platform for financial institutions, healthcare organizations, retailers, and government agencies. We are seeking a B2B social media strategist and content writer hybrid to manage our social presence end-to-end. This role is the single accountable owner for all social media activities, including company channels, executive personal presence, employee advocacy, and relationships with external influencers and advocates. The position is part of a growing content marketing team, collaborating with the Content Marketing Manager and Brand and Digital Director to build a social presence that enhances the brand and drives pipeline. The responsibilities include driving strategy, writing copy, managing a content calendar, directing visual production, and leveraging events and people to create sustained brand momentum. Primary channels for this role are LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in B2B social media, content, or brand, ideally in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or another technical, considered-purchase category.
  • A portfolio that includes campaigns, event coverage, or programs where you measurably moved engagement, reach, or brand awareness.
  • Strong writing skills across multiple voices.
  • Aesthetic and visual taste, with the ability to produce content or manage those who do, and maintain a high bar on quality.
  • LinkedIn organic fluency, plus working knowledge of paid social and how organic and demand gen reinforce each other.
  • Self-starter mentality: able to own a function, set strategy, and execute as the single accountable owner.
  • Tool proficiency: Sprout Social / Ayrshare, HubSpot, Wrike, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, and core B2B social platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience launching or scaling an employee advocacy program.
  • Experience building or running an influencer/advocate program.
  • Background in identity, cybersecurity, fintech, or selling to financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with AI content and social tooling.
  • Experience tying social efforts back to pipeline metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Own all four layers of our social presence: company channels, executive personal brands, employee advocacy, and external influencer/advocate relationships as the single accountable owner.
  • Own social strategy and execution across LinkedIn (primary), YouTube, X, and emerging channels, setting the calendar and cadence.
  • Run an employee advocacy program for executives and approximately 15–20 customer-facing employees, including ghostwriting, coaching, and equipping individuals to post in their own voices.
  • Build and manage relationships with external voices such as industry influencers, analysts, customer advocates, and partners to extend reach and credibility, coordinating both sponsored and organic amplification.
  • Write on-brand copy for social posts, graphics, and thought leadership content with precision and voice consistency.
  • Produce and direct visual content on-site, either hands-on or by managing freelance photo/video resources, maintaining a high quality bar.
  • Ship executive and customer video series on a consistent, reliable schedule.
  • Build a repeatable event content playbook, covering pre-event hype, live coverage, and post-event thought-leadership follow-up.
  • Contribute to omnichannel campaigns spanning social, paid, and email.
  • Monitor the market, including competitors, customers, and trends in identity security and AI, understanding the buyer (CISOs, security and IT leaders) to ensure content relevance.
  • Measure KPIs such as reach, engagement, branded search lift, share of voice, and social's contribution to brand and pipeline.
