About The Position

Join The Boutique COO, a small business support company based in the Pacific Northwest, as a Creative Social Media Manager. This role involves developing comprehensive content strategies and creating visually stunning marketing campaigns for clients. You will work directly with clients to craft content and execute effective marketing strategies that elevate their brand presence. This specific role will support a client 1-2 half days in person per month in Leesburg, along with remote editing support. You will also be eligible to take on other remote clients.

Requirements

Proven track record in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms.
Ability to create tailored content strategies and detailed content calendars.
Strong graphic design abilities.
Ability to craft messages tailored to different audiences and client priorities.
Comfortable with open-ended challenges and creating strategic solutions.
Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to dive into client projects with enthusiasm and find innovative solutions.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites.
Reliable access to a computer and internet.
