Social Media Manager & Content Creator
About The Position
ABCO is seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to expand brand recognition and grow its social media presence. The role focuses primarily on increasing the Facebook following, with Instagram growth also important. The successful candidate will create engaging, entertaining, and shareable content, including AI-powered videos, Reels, graphics, carousel posts, memes, and trend-based content. This position combines creative content production with strategic social media growth. The candidate will develop and propose strategies for management review, execute approved plans, monitor analytics and campaign results, and recommend adjustments. Success will be measured by increased brand awareness, Facebook followers, engagement, and a stronger overall social media presence. The position is part-time, remote, and offers a flexible schedule of 12–15 hours per week.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing business social media accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to grow social media audiences and brand recognition.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.
- Experience creating short-form videos, Reels, graphics, and carousel posts.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and platforms.
- Ability to develop social media strategies and present recommendations to management.
- Understanding of organic social media growth strategies.
- Creative mindset and ability to develop original, entertaining, and shareable content.
- Ability to interpret analytics and use performance data to guide future strategies.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and propose social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness across Facebook and Instagram.
- Present proposed strategies, content plans, and growth initiatives to management for review and approval.
- Build brand recognition through consistent, creative, and engaging social media content.
- Create short-form videos, Reels, AI-generated videos and animations, static graphics, carousel posts, memes, trending content, and other shareable posts.
- Use AI tools to streamline and enhance content creation.
- Develop strategies to convert increased brand exposure and content reach into new followers and subscribers.
- Identify social media trends, audience interests, and opportunities to increase organic reach.
- Monitor analytics and report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and overall content performance.
- Evaluate campaign results and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content aligns with ABCO's brand and messaging.
