About The Position

Technology Solutions Team LLC is growing its digital marketing team and is seeking a creative, organized content creator to support the company and local business clients. The role involves developing content ideas, filming and editing photos and short-form video, and publishing content to social media. The company provides sales leads, management direction, and vision, while allowing creative autonomy. Requirements

• Provide examples of content planned, shot, and edited.
• Strong understanding of short-form video, trends, and platform best practices for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Organized and deadline-driven while managing multiple due dates.
• Comfortable talking with business owners and directing people for scenes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Canva.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Video editing experience with DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Website design experience with WordPress or another website builder.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Vista Social or Meta Business Suite.
• Knowledge of photography and lighting basics.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to plan monthly content calendars based on each client's goals, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Schedule shoot days with clients and coordinate on-site logistics.
• Shoot photos and short-form videos, including Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, at client locations.
• Edit video and design graphics to match each client's brand.
• Schedule posts in the social management platform and route them for internal and client review before publishing.
• Create graphics and design assets for the company, such as flyers, social graphics, and marketing materials.
• Manage comments and incoming messages resulting from posts.
