Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly adaptable and collaborative Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing our company's social media profiles and presence across various platforms. Your main focus will be on engagement and growth, as you craft compelling and shareable content tailored for different social networks. Additionally, you will monitor and report on key social metrics, engage in relevant social discussions, run social promotions and campaigns, and collaborate with other marketers and content producers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional social media writing skills, a strong personal presence on social media, and the ability to use data and intuition to inform decisions.

• Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence on various platforms
• Craft compelling and shareable content tailored for different social networks
• Monitor and report on key social metrics including engagement rates and follower growth
• Listen and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and industry
• Pay high attention to details in terms of facts, figures, grammar, and spelling
• Run regular social promotions and campaigns, tracking their success
• Collaborate with other marketers and content producers to create and distribute engaging content
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence
• Explore new ways to engage and reach global audiences through social networks
• Write and post for CEO's social media accounts
• Possess exceptional social media writing skills for different platforms
• Have an active and well-rounded personal presence on social media
• Be an excellent communicator and creative thinker, using data and intuition to inform decisions
• Proficiency in social media management platforms like Hootsuite
• Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneur-minded environment
• Be an efficient social media writer with exceptional knowledge of grammar and spelling
• Have at least 3+ years of experience in building and managing social media presence.

• Compensation range: $80,000 - $95,000 + 10% bonus
