This individual takes ownership of the studio’s social media presence by creating engaging content, promoting events and offers, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. At the front desk, they provide world-class customer service, build relationships with members and prospects, support membership sales, schedule classes, answer phones, and help create an exceptional member experience from the moment someone walks through the door. This person enjoys being creative while also staying organized and on schedule. They are comfortable managing multiple projects at once and understand the importance of deadlines, communication, and attention to detail. This individual will play a key role in helping the team grow its brand, stay visible in the market, and create opportunities through content and marketing efforts.
