This is a front desk, retail, sales, and client-facing position at our Santa Monica studio, focusing on front desk responsibilities with additional support for creating social media content. The role involves approximately 30 hours per week, with Mondays and Saturdays off. We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk & Social Media Support Coordinator who is vibrant, enthusiastic, and client-focused. The ideal candidate is a natural go-getter who loves the beauty industry, thrives in customer service, and brings positive energy to every interaction. Eagerness to learn, grow, and help create a warm and inviting studio environment while supporting membership sales and brand presence is key. In addition to front desk duties, this role supports our social media presence by following our content playbook, posting, and creating simple organic content specific to the studio.
