About The Position

Marquee Brands is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of social media across its Home & Culinary portfolio. This role will focus on content creation, publishing, community management, and performance tracking, working closely with the Social & Digital Marketing Manager to bring campaigns and always-on content to life. This position is highly executional but requires strong creative judgment, organization, and platform fluency. The ideal candidate understands how to make content feel native to each platform while maintaining brand consistency across food, home, entertaining, and lifestyle categories.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
  • Experience with content creation + light editing
  • Familiarity with: Social Media Scheduling Platforms
  • Canva / CapCut
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear, concise writing with an understanding of brand voice
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit social-first content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and carousels (light editing experience in tools like CapCut and Canva)
  • Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Support optimization of content for each platform (formatting, captions, trending audio and timing)
  • Maintain and execute against content calendars to ensure timely publishing
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and tagged content across platforms
  • Engage with audiences in a timely, brand-appropriate voice
  • Identify opportunities to drive engagement and conversation
  • Escalate customer service or sensitive inquiries to internal teams
  • Maintain organized content libraries and ensure assets are platform-ready
  • Coordinate incoming assets from internal teams, agencies, and partners
  • Support execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and partnerships
  • Assist in preparing content for influencer amplification and paid usage
  • Pull and track performance data using Dash Social and native analytics
  • Assist in building monthly and campaign recaps
  • Monitor engagement trends and top-performing content
  • Provide observations and learnings to support content optimization
