About The Position

Félix is hiring a strategic Social Media Content Manager to own and elevate the company’s social media presence. The role builds a proactive content engine and owns the full content cycle, from strategy and planning through production and execution, ensuring content is on-brand and tailored to each platform. The manager translates brand and campaign priorities into organic social executions, improves published content continuously, and keeps production, design teams, and partners unblocked. The position owns content strategy, editorial planning, copywriting, creative partner coordination, and production of static and short-form content. It also leads content localization and adaptation, aligns organic plans with Paid Social, and uses performance data to inform iteration. Community insights, trend signals, curated user profiles, engagement data, and sentiment data are received from the Community Manager rather than generated by this role. Félix describes itself as a hyper-growth Series C company building financial services for Latinos in the United States, beginning with cross-border remittances and expanding into credit, savings, and wallet services. The company emphasizes urgency, ownership, collaboration, transparency, curiosity, and customer focus. The role is currently fully remote, with a future transition to a hybrid setup.
