Social Media & Content Coordinator

SHASTA INDUSTRIES, INC.•Scottsdale, AZ
•$25 - $35

About The Position

Shasta Pools & Spas is seeking a creator to own the company’s organic social presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The coordinator will develop ideas and create content from concept through publication, with short-form video as the priority and a weekly cadence of 4–5 posts supported by a monthly content calendar. The role involves frequent field work at construction sites, finished backyards, showrooms, and company events, and most weeks will involve more time on location than at a desk. The coordinator will capture and share pool and backyard transformations, interview homeowners and employees, follow trends, shoot and edit video and photography, create graphics and promotional materials, and write captions and promotional copy. They will track social performance and provide a monthly recap, support marketing projects, organize creative assets, coordinate with outside vendors, and ensure published materials reflect Shasta’s premium brand and voice. The role requires a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, comfort working outdoors in Arizona summer heat, and adherence to active construction-site safety rules. Occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend shoots may be needed. The position does not include website development or maintenance, advanced SEO or technical website optimization, managing paid Google or Meta campaigns, or advanced marketing automation, CRM administration, or analytics implementation. Applicants are asked to provide a resume and portfolio or account link, including at least three self-shot and edited short-form videos, and describe a first video they would make at Shasta. Finalists will complete a short paid editing exercise using project footage.
