About The Position

Social Factor is seeking a remote, temporary/part-time Social Media Community Moderator with experience in social media moderation. This role offers flexible schedules, including potential 24/7 work, catering to early birds and night owls. The Community Moderator will be responsible for developing strong, growing digital communities for well-known brands on a project/gig basis. The company is hiring from specific states in the US and also from the UK.

Requirements

• Previous social media moderation experience is required
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience engaging with users on behalf of the client
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills
• Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
• High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
• Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
• Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
• Personal computer with Authenticator requirement of Apple Touch ID or Windows Hello (Camera ability)

Nice To Haves

• Sprinklr certification, Hootsuite, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus

Responsibilities

• Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
• Develop strong, growing, digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands
• Mirror voice/tone of multiple brands when engaging with users
