The Role StickerYou seeks a creative, organized, and responsive Social Media & Community Manager to grow and manage our organic social presence across key platforms. Reporting to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing, you'll lead day-to-day publishing, engagement, and reporting to turn brand and campaign priorities into platform-relevant content that drives community growth and engagement. You bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you're energized by working cross-functionally to turn business priorities into content that connects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in social media, content, community, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing social calendars and multi-platform workflows.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Deep knowledge of platform best practices, trends, and audience behavior across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and community platforms like Reddit.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to manage scheduling, community engagement, and reporting across channels.
  • Skilled in social analytics and performance tracking; able to translate insights into action.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Brings on-camera confidence and personality; comfortable appearing in social content.
  • Uses data and trends to inform creative decisions and business priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced experience with social analytics and trend analysis in an e-commerce environment.
  • Expertise in content production and editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.).
  • Proven track record with UGC and creator strategy, from sourcing to partnership management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain StickerYou's organic social publishing calendar across key platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Translate campaign, product, and business priorities into clear content plans and executional timelines.
  • Create, edit, and publish social content (short-form video and still) from concept to execution, with access to an in-house videographer for production support as needed.
  • Help evolve social messaging, content pillars, and campaign direction.
  • Identify content gaps and recommend new opportunities based on audience needs, performance data, and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and production.
  • Support creator, influencer, UGC, and partnership initiatives.
  • Identify and support initiatives with creators, influencers, and brand-aligned social collaborators.
  • Monitor social channels daily — including Reddit and other community platforms — and respond to comments, messages, mentions, and follower interactions in a timely, thoughtful, and on-brand manner.
  • Track trending topics, hashtags, cultural moments, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging social conversations.
  • Flag relevant opportunities, content gaps, community insights, and potential risks to the broader marketing team.
  • Build and maintain social reporting dashboards that track channel and content performance, audience growth, engagement, traffic, and relevant KPIs.
  • Prepare regular performance updates with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Support testing across content formats, hooks, captions, posting times, platforms, and campaign messaging.
