Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Creative, organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent; and one to three years of related experience in marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a current and unsuspended motor vehicle license.

Nice To Haves

• Photography, video editing, or content creation experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree and three to five years' experience in a similar position; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and posts.
• Highlight customer deliveries, employee achievements, and community involvement.
• Monitor social media inquiries and online reviews.
• Encourage customer feedback and positive online engagement.
• Support dealership events, promotions, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for our brand.
