About The Position

Mickey Keenan P.A. is a Florida personal injury law firm seeking an energetic Events, Social Media & Community Relations Coordinator. This highly visible, relationship-driven role is at the intersection of community events, provider relations, and social media. The coordinator will be the face of MKPA in the field and the voice of the brand online, comfortable with both event activations and social media content scheduling. The firm is growing fast and looking for someone who matches their energy.

Requirements

3+ years in events, community relations, or social media management.
Proficient in Canva and social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable on camera capturing field content.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Loomly, MailChimp, or Lead Docket.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

Plan and staff all MKPA community events, including event activations, charity drives, and holiday events, and manage event teams.
Own provider relations by scheduling visits to urgent care centers, chiropractors, and referral partners, and maintaining a tracking sheet.
Manage all organic social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), including daily posting, responding to direct messages, and community engagement.
Post to Google Business Profile twice weekly and share Google reviews every Wednesday.
Build and send the bi-weekly newsletter to approximately 3,500 contacts via MailChimp.
Coordinate with various marketing initiatives to ensure aligned messaging.
Manage swag inventory and coordinate swag orders and deliveries.
Capture content at events, including photos, videos, and reels.
Track event results, email captures, and lead sources, and contribute to monthly marketing reports.
