About The Position

Cape is America’s privacy-first mobile carrier, founded in 2022 with the mission to be a force for good in global wireless. The company was established by individuals who believe privacy is a fundamental right. Cape recognized a critical vulnerability in the current cellular infrastructure and legacy systems that track user movements, monitor connections, and sell personal data. To address this, Cape built its own private and secure mobile carrier from the ground up, offering a suite of privacy and security features unmatched by other carriers. Cape provides its secure network to consumers, businesses, and government agencies. Having closed its Series C in March 2026, Cape is rapidly scaling with the goal of empowering individuals to regain control of their personal information. The team at Cape consists of architects of a privacy-centric movement, characterized by relentless innovation in telecommunications. They operate with high trust and high expectations, fostering a flat structure where collaboration is prioritized over hierarchy. Team members work alongside world-class engineers, architects, and visionaries, crossing organizational lines to solve complex problems and deliver mission-critical results.
