Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or a related role; internship experience will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content formats.
  • Intermediate to advanced video and photo editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, or similar.
  • Experience with influencer and social media marketing platforms (e.g., Impact, Creator.co, AspireIQ, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting clear, on-brand content.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for social media and digital culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish content across owned social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a social content calendar
  • Monitor social channels for engagement and issues
  • Research and identify potential influencer partners
  • Execute outreach communication
  • Maintain influencer databases
  • Assist in creating welcome kits and campaign materials
  • Coordinate product logistics
  • Ensure influencers have the tools they need for successful collaborations
  • Collect and organize user-generated content
  • Perform basic video/image editing
  • Publish approved user-generated content to social channels
  • Repurpose organic content for paid media use, adapting formats to meet specifications across various platforms
  • Collaborate with external agencies on campaign objectives
  • Track deliverable timelines
  • Maintain organized documentation
