The Director of Social & Influencer is responsible for leading and evolving Indie Consulting’s Social & Influencer practice, shaping the vision, strategy, and growth of the department while ensuring exceptional client outcomes. This role oversees integrated social media, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and community-building initiatives across client engagements, helping brands build relevance, engagement, and business impact. As a senior leader within the organization, the Director of Social & Influencer serves as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, guiding platform strategy, creator ecosystems, audience engagement, and emerging industry trends. This role is responsible for developing innovative solutions, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring Indie remains at the forefront of social, influencer, and cultural marketing. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in social and influencer marketing with strong leadership, business acumen, and client partnership skills. They will lead and develop a high-performing team, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape the future of Indie’s social and influencer offerings through innovation, thought leadership, and operational excellence.
