About The Position

ARIVA Homes is looking for a creative, motivated, and social-media-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media & Content Creator. This role will focus on creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and helping showcase our homes, communities, and company culture across multiple platforms. If you enjoy content creation, marketing, photography/video, and staying on top of social media trends, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Comfortable taking photos and filming video content
• Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally to communities and events as needed
• Flexible schedule for occasional weekend or evening content/events

Nice To Haves

• Experience in marketing, social media, photography, or real estate is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Visit communities and model homes to capture content
• Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Write captions, post content, and help maintain a consistent brand voice
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments when needed
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote events, inventory homes, and company announcements
• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules
• Support branding and marketing efforts across digital platforms
