Requirements

  • The Video Storytelling Sage: You have a deep portfolio of short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and understand the nuances of lighting, pacing, and hooks.
  • The Strategic Rebel: You know the "rules" of B2B/Corporate marketing well enough to know exactly when and how to break them.
  • Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven: You use analytics to refine your creative gut, not to stifle it. You understand that "virality" is a byproduct of great work, not a checkbox.
  • Agility-as-a-Service: You can move from a high-level strategy deck to filming a trending audio clip on an iPhone in the same afternoon.
  • The Connector: You possess the emotional intelligence to navigate a corporate environment while pushing the boundaries of its traditional comfort zone.

Responsibilities

  • Revolutionize the Content Mix: Shift our strategy from lead-gen-heavy posts to a "Social-First" approach. You’ll develop original series, behind-the-scenes narratives, and thought-leadership content that feels native to each platform.
  • The Architect of Short-Form Video: Build and execute our TikTok and Reels strategy from the ground up. You aren't just "posting videos"—you are defining our visual language, tone, and personality in the 15-to-60-second window.
  • Visual Reinvention: Partner with design teams to move away from staid corporate templates. You will introduce bold, modern graphical aesthetics that stop the scroll and command attention.
  • Influencer & Advocate Synergy: Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and internal subject matter experts to "humanize" the brand. You’ll turn our executives and engineers into relatable industry voices.
  • Community Delight: Move beyond "responding to comments." You will develop a strategy for proactive engagement—surprising and delighting our followers to turn prospects into fans and partners into advocates.
  • Culture Jacking: Monitor real-time trends, memes, and industry shifts to insert our brand into relevant conversations with wit and speed (without being "cringe").
