About The Position

LSMMD is looking for a creative, outgoing, people‑loving video creator to help bring our senior living communities to life online. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, has a sharp eye for fun, and wants to use their creativity to highlight the vibrant, meaningful experiences happening every day in our Continuing Care Retirement Home Communities. Requirements

• A portfolio of social media videos (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts). Videos for organizations preferred, but personal videos are acceptable.
• Strong video editing and creative storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media trends that engage users.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents, team members, family members, visitors and the general public.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects independently and meeting deadlines.
• Can speak, read, write and understand the English language.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit fun, lively and engaging short-form videos (e.g., Reels and YouTube Shorts) that authentically showcase daily life within the community, including resident and team member experiences and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Post short-form videos to community social media accounts, following best practices for each network.
• Work with the LSMMD marketing team to create a video plan that aligns with our content strategy and resonates with target audiences.
• Follow our organization’s privacy and compliance policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
