Our hybrid way of working offers flexibility to work remotely and come together on campus for meaningful in-person collaboration. The role is focused on elevating marketing effectiveness, supporting global initiatives & campaigns, managing big moments & crisis mitigation, and ongoing enablement & education. You will run social listening analysis, design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, produce rapid intelligence reports and dashboards, translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations, and contribute to a global reporting framework. You will also support social content measurement & optimisation.
