The Department of Education at Santa Clara University (SCU) is seeking to hire a Lecturer to help grow and lead its new MA in Social Impact Leadership (SILM) program, launching in the fall of 2026. This program builds on an existing concentration and is designed to prepare early to mid-career professionals in various social impact organizations for leadership development. It is a joint venture between the School of Education and Counseling Psychology, the Leavey School of Business, and the Miller Center for Global Impact. The curriculum focuses on leadership formation, business fundamentals, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with engagement from social impact leaders and mentors, and a mentored internship/capstone experience. This position, beginning September 1, 2026, is a fixed-term, one-year Lecturer role involving teaching and program administrative work.
