About The Position

We are seeking a sharp, culturally-tuned, and highly conceptual Social Creative to join our fast-paced creative studio, supporting a leading luxury automotive client across 4 iconic brands. As a Social Creative, you are the ultimate idea machine. You will work closely with our UK-based Social Creative Directors to concept native social ideas, write engaging social copy/scripts, and develop creative campaigns that cut through the noise. You are equal parts copywriter and conceptor—someone who understands how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds of a TikTok, write a compelling Instagram caption, or pitch a wild stunt for a live event. You’ll leverage modern creative tools (including generative AI platforms) to rapidly prototype your ideas, outline visual directions, and build treatment decks. If you live on social media, have a knack for storytelling, and love collaborating with production teams to bring big ideas to life, we want you on our team.

Requirements

  • Experience in a social creative, conceptual copywriting, or social strategist/creator role, ideally within a fast-paced agency or social publisher environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaign concepts, social-first ideas, scripts, and copy.
  • Experience or strong interest in automotive, luxury lifestyle, or premium brand storytelling.
  • Comfortable utilizing or learning AI tools (like Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) to aid the creative development process.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple briefs in a dynamic studio environment.
  • A degree of some sort will help us understand your background and point of view.

  • Be a Master of Hook & Story: Understand how to structure content for maximum engagement, reach, and shareability across TikTok, Reels, and beyond.
  • Be a Strong Writer: Able to switch tones easily, writing everything from slick, elevated brand copy to witty, conversational social captions.
  • Be highly Collaborative: Love briefing and working alongside designers, video editors, and content creators to co-create the final product.
  • Have an Experimental Mindset: Excited to use AI tools, emerging platforms, and new technologies to push the boundaries of social storytelling.
  • Be a Clear Communicator: Comfortable presenting creative concepts and treatments clearly to internal teams across time zones and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Concepting: Brainstorm and develop social-first campaign ideas, content series, and engagement tactics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital handles across 4 iconic brands.
  • Copywriting & Scripting: Write sharp, platform-native social copy, video scripts, treatment decks, and captions that perfectly capture the tone of a premium, luxury automotive brand.
  • Activation Ideation: Concept creative social activations and interactive storytelling ideas specifically tailored to elevate our presence at major North American events.
  • AI-Assisted Prototyping: Utilize generative AI tools and prompt engineering to rapidly visualize concepts, generate mood boards, and outline creative directions for production teams.
  • Cross-Continental Collaboration: Partner closely with UK Social CDs, local designers, and our on-the-ground Content Creators to turn raw concepts into high-quality final assets.
  • Trend & Culture Listening: Stay deeply embedded in internet culture, immediately identifying trending audio, visual formats, and cultural moments that the brand can authentically play in.
