About The Position

We are seeking a Social Content Creator with strong creative abilities and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be able to observe cultural trends, industry developments, and social media activity to produce engaging social content for Concentrix. This role focuses on bringing creative concepts to life by translating strategy into compelling visuals, messaging, and formats. You will collaborate with the Associate Director of Social and two content creators, contributing to content direction and taking ownership of creative execution. Requirements

  • 4–5+ years in social content, creative social, or content production, ideally with agency experience or a background spanning strategy and hands-on creative.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape and what makes content effective across B2B and general culture.
  • Proficiency across various content formats, including writing sharp captions, briefing visual concepts, and thinking in video.
  • Ability to create high-quality content quickly, including reactive content.
  • Comfortable contributing to strategy with a strong point of view, not just focusing on execution.
  • Experience working effectively in a distributed global team and collaborating across time zones.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand and campaign strategy into creative social content across LinkedIn, short-form video, carousels, and written posts.
  • Identify trending topics and cultural moments and quickly create dynamic, on-brand social content.
  • Develop creative content ideas and concepts that reflect a challenger brand perspective.
  • Apply visual thinking to content creation, considering both messaging and visual presentation across platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators and the social team to brief, shape, and enhance content execution.
  • Contribute creative perspectives to content strategy discussions and planning.
  • Utilize performance data to refine creative decisions.
