About The Position

Fanatics Betting and Gaming is seeking a Creative Associate to be responsible for the visual identity and creative quality of Fanatics Casino's organic social media channels. This is a hands-on role where the individual will be creating content, including shooting, editing, and designing, as well as managing content from external partners like UGC creators and agencies. The role involves translating creative briefs into finished assets, providing creative direction, and overseeing the output of freelance designers and agencies. The Creative Associate will also manage an asset library and contribute proactive creative ideas for social media content.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of creative experience, with meaningful time spent in social-first creative roles (brand-side or agency)
  • Strong and demonstrable range across short-form video production and editing, graphic design and motion, and photography
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or equivalent motion tools), Lightroom or Capture One
  • Deep fluency in what performs on social media
  • Experience building or contributing to a visual identity system
  • Comfortable working with both lo-fi and polished content
  • Strong creative direction skills
  • Experience in entertainment, lifestyle, gaming, or consumer brand creative is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Shoot, edit, and produce short-form social video content (Reels / TikTok-style clips)
  • Design templated graphic assets for social media, maintaining visual consistency
  • Art direct and shoot photography for feed content
  • Edit and finalize video content from external partners (UGC creators, content agency)
  • Translate creative briefs into concepts and finished assets
  • Creative-direct UGC creators, providing feedback for improved output
  • Partner with content agencies on higher-production assets
  • Propose new formats, series concepts, and creative approaches to cultural moments
  • Integrate AI tools into creative templating and ideation
  • Manage the creative output of freelance graphic designers and the content agency
  • Maintain an organized asset library (naming conventions, versioning, archive)
  • Balance ongoing production with ad-hoc and campaign creative needs
