College Living Experience (CLE) is a comprehensive post-secondary transition program supporting young adults with autism, AD/HD, and learning differences as they prepare for independent adulthood. Students receive individualized support in social development, academics, career preparation, and independent living. The Social Coordinator plays a key leadership role by overseeing social skills programming, supervising social coaches, and providing direct social skills instruction to students. This role blends program coordination, staff supervision, and hands-on student engagement in both individual and group settings. This role combines creativity, supervision, and direct student support. One day, you may be coordinating social events, supervising social coaches, or leading a group of students on a hiking trip or community outing. On another day, you might be providing direct coaching, collaborating with colleagues across departments, or meeting with families to review student progress. Your work directly shapes the social experience and community culture for students.
