About The Position

About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and curious Paid Social Coordinator to join our Media team. In this role, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results for our clients. If you're passionate about digital advertising, media trends, and social behavior, this is the role for you. What You’ll Do: Develop paid social strategies and recommendations based on client goals and platform expertise Execute and manage paid social campaigns, including trafficking, reporting, billing, and budget oversight Collaborate with platform partners and share insights with internal teams and clients Coordinate invoicing and reconciliation processes across client accounts Conduct industry research to inform campaign strategies and recommendations Create presentation materials and POVs for client communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing or a related digital field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage large budgets and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for digital media
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of search engine marketing, and digital marketing
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team
  • Extremely organized and high attention to detail
  • Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly
  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of paid search, SEO, and/or media marketing programs to meet client needs.
  • Develop and manage implementation of program and strategy to ensure all timeframes and budgets are adhered to.
  • Manage multiple paid search budgets and forecasts for assigned client program.
  • Aid in Paid Search, SEO, and/or media competitive analyses – keyword/bidding strategy, architecture review, content/bidding optimization, and offsite authority.
  • Provide client business and marketing recommendations.
  • Analyze and present results and reports for clients to measure the value/impact of performance based programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
