In this role, you will lead the charge in strengthening connections with our North American community of accountants and bookkeepers. You will serve as a vital link between Xero and our partners, ensuring their unique regional voices and ideas are championed within our broader content strategy. By fostering a vibrant, high-sentiment community, you will help empower small businesses and build a stronger economy. Your work involves a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on creativity, from managing regional influencer campaigns to capturing authentic, social-first content at industry events. You will also provide dedicated social media support for Melio, helping to reposition the brand and drive credibility through engaging, platform-appropriate content and community growth initiatives. You will join the North American Marketing team, working in close alignment with our Global Social counterparts to ensure regional activity scales effectively while remaining brand-consistent. The team operates collaboratively with external content and community agencies, as well as internal sales and product teams, to turn live experiences into polished digital assets.
