About The Position

Challenger Sports is a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game, with over 25 years of experience. They are looking for Academy Soccer Coaches to deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players, following a set Challenger curriculum. This role involves coaching daily/weekly sessions to players aged 2-16 years old, using Challenger software to provide online session plans, and following a schedule while being adaptable for weather-related changes.

Requirements

Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
Must have experience working with children.
All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
Must have work authorization to work in the USA.

Nice To Haves

Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.

Responsibilities

Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old)
