About The Position
Challenger Sports is a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game, with over 25 years of experience. The Academy Coach Role involves delivering soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players, following a set Challenger curriculum. This role will mainly involve coaching weekly sessions to players of various ages (2-16 years old), using Challenger software to provide online session plans, and maintaining professional and effective communication with players and staff. Adaptability for schedule changes due to weather is also required.
Requirements
- Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is essential.
- Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
- Must have experience working with children and have a soccer coaching background.
- The position requires your own transport.
- Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
Responsibilities
- Coaching weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old)
