About The Position
Challenger Sports is a TOTAL SOCCER company that caters to everyone involved in the game, with over 25 years of experience. This Academy Coach role is with Dover United, where staff members will deliver soccer sessions to a variety of age groups, teams, and players, following a set Challenger curriculum. The role will mainly involve coaching recreational and competitive players throughout the week, coaching clinics and games, and communicating with the Regional Director and Club Director on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
- Must have experience working with children.
- Your own transportation.
- Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
Nice To Haves
- Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching recreational players is desirable.
Responsibilities
