About The Position

Raven Advisory LLC is seeking a SOAMT Program Manager to manage its special operations austere medical training program. The program manager will oversee program performance, budget, and contract compliance. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Graduate of a USSOCOM 18D, SOCM, SARC, or SOIDC program.
• At least four years of operational SOF experience and multiple combat deployments.
• At least seven years of experience instructing USSOCOM medical courses.

Nice To Haves

• Current Paramedic, PA, RN, or MD licensure or certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of the program.
• Ensure the curriculum is aligned with current Joint Trauma System Guidelines.
• Manage training equipment, simulators, and medical supplies.
• Maintain accreditation, certifications, and compliance.
• Report course metrics and deliver after action reviews (AARs).
