Requirements

18 + years of age.
Must be reliable, dependable, and timely.
Must have a genuine desire to pass on knowledge of the sport and inspire others to enjoy it.
A great guest service personality.
A growth mindset.
Basic English language skills.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be able to ski for up to 8 hours per day.
Must able to teach ski lessons in harsh winter weather (cold, snow, wind, rain, sleet, ice)

Nice To Haves

PSIA/AASI Certified Level 1 (or international equivalent) not required, but is a plus.
Previous experience in teaching or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

Organize and conduct both group and private ski and snowboard lessons for guests.
Be comfortable setting up an environment conducive to safety, fun and learning.
Have strong communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with students, supervisors, and co-workers.
Have a genuine desire to pass on knowledge of the sport and inspire others to enjoy it.
Must be able to work outside in extreme and quickly changing winter weather conditions.
Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment.
Be able to maintain a great guest service attitude while working with children and beginner students.
Other duties as assigned.
