About The Position

SnowWorX is recruiting an experienced, dependable snow professional for a commercial snow route in the Allentown–Bethlehem, Pennsylvania area. The position is responsible for an assigned route of approximately three to six smaller commercial properties, including retail and automotive service locations. The operator drives between properties, operates a plow and salter, and performs limited sidewalk and entrance clearing. This is hands-on work, and shoveling is expected. This is seasonal, weather-dependent work with hours that vary according to snow and ice conditions. Full-winter on-call availability is required, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. The company provides a new truck equipped with a plow and salter, which the employee keeps throughout the winter, a company credit card for authorized fuel and work expenses, training on procedures and equipment, and additional shoveling personnel during larger storms. Minor shoveling remains part of the role.
