About The Position

SnowWorX is hiring an experienced, dependable snow professional for a commercial snow route in the Manalapan–Lakewood–Brick–Toms River, New Jersey area. The role is responsible for approximately three to six smaller commercial properties, including retail and automotive service locations. The operator drives between properties, operates a company plow truck and salter, and performs limited sidewalk and entrance clearing. Shoveling is an expected part of the hands-on work. SnowWorX provides a new company truck equipped with a plow and salter, which the employee keeps throughout the winter; a company credit card for authorized fuel and work expenses; training on company procedures, route expectations, equipment, and digital work orders; and additional shoveling personnel during larger storms. The employee must use a personal smartphone with an active data plan for work orders, service records, photos, and team communications.
