About The Position

Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a specific route. The role includes preparing and completing delivery orders, handling invoicing and collections, and providing customer service that exceeds customer expectations. Drivers follow safety and company regulations, maintain clean vehicles and equipment, and check in with a supervisor at the end of each route with a daily recap.

This location is independently owned and operated. Applications go directly to the location owner, and hiring decisions are made by the location’s management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to engage effectively with strangers and establish professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• One to three years of route experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses efficiently and on time.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders; collect related payments and issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
• Check in with a supervisor at the end of the route and provide a daily recap.
