Seasonal, on-call snow removal position supporting Saddle Brook Apartments in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The role helps maintain the safety of current residents and prospective residents by clearing snow and applying salt as needed. Work is dependent on weather and generally runs from November through April. Responsibilities
- Perform on-call snow removal as needed at the property.
- Clear sidewalks, walkways, entry areas, and parking lots.
- Apply salt to common walkways, including sidewalks and entryways.
- Positively promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the apartment community.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
