Experienced Snow Plow / Loader Operator – Commercial Routes – Eagan, MN
About The Position
ProScapes is seeking experienced operators to run commercial snow-removal routes in the Twin Cities during the winter. Routes include parking lots, loading docks, HOAs, and business properties. Operators are expected to plow safely and cleanly while protecting curbs, turf, and other property; complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment checks; communicate site conditions or problems to a supervisor; and report when called and finish their routes. Pay is $32–$45 per hour, based on experience, with overtime during extended events. Equipment includes plow trucks, skid steers, and wheel loaders with pushers. Year-round work may be available in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation.
