About The Position

ProScapes is seeking experienced operators to run commercial snow-removal routes in the Twin Cities during the winter. Routes include parking lots, loading docks, HOAs, and business properties. The work requires safe, clean plowing that protects curbs, turf, and property, along with equipment checks, communication about site conditions or problems, and completing assigned routes when called.

The listed pay is $32–$45 per hour, based on experience, with overtime during extended events. Operators use plow trucks, skid steers, and wheel loaders with pushers. The company offers organized routes, site maps, property instructions, and well-maintained equipment. Year-round work in landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation is available for interested employees.

Requirements

• Experienced snow plow or loader operator.
• Ability to plow safely and cleanly while protecting property.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment checks.
• Good communication with a supervisor about site conditions or problems.
• Reliability in reporting when called and completing routes.
