About The Position

ProScapes is hiring Snow Plow Operators for the 2026–27 winter season to serve commercial and residential routes in the Twin Cities. The role involves operating plow trucks, skid steers, or loaders; clearing parking lots and drive lanes; and spreading salt. Operators follow assigned routes using site maps. Work is needed when it snows, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is available for the right person. A full-time, year-round job may be available as a potential path.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation to the Eagan shop.
• Ability to report to work when it snows, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
