About The Position

1Resource Group is seeking experienced Skid Steer Operators to safely and efficiently operate skid steer loaders and other construction equipment for projects in Yuma & Lukeville, Arizona, and El Paso, Texas. The operator will be responsible for material handling, site preparation, excavation, grading, and general construction activities.

Requirements

• Previous skid steer operating experience required.
• Construction or industrial jobsite experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in various terrain and conditions.
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Ability to pass required site-specific background checks, drug testing, or safety orientations, if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer loaders safely and efficiently.
• Perform grading, leveling, excavation, backfilling, and material loading.
• Move dirt, gravel, debris, and other materials around the jobsite.
• Use attachments such as buckets, forks, augers, or other approved equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all jobsite safety rules, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist other crew members with general construction duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other equipment operators.
