About The Position

The Snack Bar Attendant receives food and beverage orders, prepares and serves items according to established service standards, and completes cash and credit transactions while maintaining an accurate bank. The role involves preparing food using standard recipes, assembling and packaging orders, serving ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages, and maintaining supplies and a clean, organized work area. The attendant follows applicable health codes and company guidelines, operates necessary equipment, works in a fast-paced environment, and relays guest feedback to a supervisor.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to sit, walk, grasp, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and stand for the entire shift.
Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and certifications and keep them current.
Must be able to obtain an ATC liquor permit.

Nice To Haves

Prior food-handling experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Knowledge of methods for handling payments, including cash, comps, coupons, credit cards, and gift certificates, preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and receive food and beverage orders.
Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and complete cash and credit transactions while maintaining an accurate bank.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established service standards and standard recipes, including prepping, grilling, frying, carving, baking, and preparing pizzas and sandwiches.
Bag orders, prepare beverages and food trays, and wrap food items for convenient access.
Follow applicable state, federal, and OSHA health requirements, as well as company guidelines.
Operate necessary equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Obtain food, beverages, condiments, and supplies from the kitchen or stockroom; deliver them to the outlet and maintain stock levels in the outlet and workstations.
Relay guest complaints and compliments to the appropriate supervisor.
Serve ready-to-drink alcoholic beverages.
Perform other related duties as directed by management.
