SN LPN Team Leader
About The Position
The SN LPN Team Leader oversees nursing activities and assignments, organizing responsibilities according to the resident population, staff qualifications, and the facility’s physical structure. The role monitors aides providing resident care and ensures care meets job requirements and resident expectations. Duties also include checking on residents, administering medications and treatments, consulting with physicians, responding to emergencies, and ensuring care and services comply with regulatory requirements. This is a PRN position at United Zion Retirement Community in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts and weekends as needed. Employees work three shifts per month and cover one Spring/Summer holiday and one Fall/Winter holiday, based on facility need. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license from the Pennsylvania Board of Examiners, in good standing.
- Completed pharmacology course.
- Current CPR certification.
