About The Position

Wyyerd Fiber is looking for career-motivated and results-oriented sales talent to drive business internet service sales in the South Bay San Diego, CA area. While experience is welcomed, it is not necessary. The company seeks individuals serious about following a proven process and consistently growing their negotiating and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who can generate new leads with targeted businesses, is passionate about sales, and has experience in sales and client management.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of direct sales experience in SMB sales or client management.
  • Proven sales experience and success.
  • Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • A good understanding of telecommunication connectivity, phone VOIP services, data-use cases, telecom billing, and the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new SMB prospects and clients in the South Bay San Diego, CA area.
  • Generate new leads with targeted businesses through designated prospecting activities.
  • Schedule and meet with SMB owners/IT managers.
  • Promote Wyyerd Fiber's positive reputation and brand image in the marketplace.
  • Cultivate relationships with owners, IT managers, community leaders and business associations in the area.
  • Participate in community events and activities as a company representative.
  • Actively coordinate with the SMB & Executive sales team to perform sales tasks.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $40,000
  • No cap on commissions - top performers earning $125,000 to $250,000
