The SMB Regional Sales Consultant will drive SMB sales through shareholder banks across assigned regional markets to meet yearly targets, including net new merchant acquisition, cross-selling to existing merchants, and overall revenue. This is a client-facing role requiring the consultant to spend multiple days a week at assigned BMO/RBC bank locations to build relationships with bankers, educate them on Moneris solutions, and prospect and sign up new clients. The role involves building knowledge of Moneris solutions, understanding customer needs, and matching them to appropriate payment solutions. The consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the sales funnel and close deals. The position is based in the Burnaby office, with a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
